SAN DIEGO San Diego police have arrested the brother of a Navy officer suspected of stabbing him to death.

Police say Ensign Jonathan Jake Tenorio of Guam was found dead in his apartment on Sunday after his brother called police. The 25-year-old Tenorio was an officer on a missile cruiser. He was stabbed in the chest.

Police say his brother, 21-year-old Zachary Tenorio, was arrested late that evening for investigation of killing him. He remains jailed Tuesday without bail.

Police haven't released details of the attack or mentioned a motive.
