Fort Rucker soldier found dead

DALEVILLE, ALA. — The Army says a soldier has been found dead at Fort Rucker in southeast Alabama.

A statement said the soldier was participating in a navigation training exercise Wednesday but didnít return.

WDHN-TV reports that as many as 100 people and bloodhounds searched for the missing soldier, who was found dead Thursday.

The military said foul play isnít suspected, but it hasnít released a possible cause of death or the personís name.

An accident investigation team will lead an inquiry into the death.
