Bill would review discharges for possible PTSD
More than 31,000 discharges for service members diagnosed with personality or adjustment disorders would be reviewed to see if those troops actually suffered from post-traumatic stress, under legislation introduced Tuesday by Rep. Tim Walz, D-Minn.

Top payment to rise 6.2%

The maximum Post-9/11 GI Bill payment for tuition and fees at private and foreign schools will increase to $19,198.31 for the 2013-14 academic year, the Veterans Affairs Department has announced.
