Consumer Watch: Bargains for Black Friday and beyond

Before Thanksgiving Day arrives, here’s some ammunition to help you plan and stretch those dollars on Black Friday.

Military exchanges are offering deals in stores and online. Shopmyexchange.com is offering deals on Thanksgiving Day, so you may be able to avoid the store crowds altogether.
