Troops can register early for Corps marathon

Early registration for the Marine Corps Marathon is now open for active-duty military and reservists.
Online registration is available through April 29. Those who register early will receive a discounted entry fee. The registration fee is $88.
Registration will open to all other runners at noon on April 30. The race is limited to 30,000 participants. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A registration rally will be held April 29 for runners in the national capital region. The rally will be held at Pentagon Row from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The marathon will be held Oct. 26 in Arlington, Va.
