Frigate Ingraham returns

EVERETT, Wash. — An Everett-based Navy ship, the frigate Ingraham, is returning to its home port. The homecoming Friday ends a deployment that began in November and took the ship to the Western Pacific and Persian Gulf. In January, the Ingraham was one of the U.S. warships threatened by small Iranian boats in the Persian Gulf.
