BISMARCK, N.D. — Bismarck State College has received approval to provide online education to active duty personnel, reservists and civilians serving in the U.S. Coast Guard.
The college will provide instruction in five online energy programs and in criminal justice.
The agreement with the Coast Guard is similar to partnerships BSC has had with the Army and Navy since 2009.
