The Ford F-150 is crushing it.

Or at least, the Ford F-150 was the top-selling vehicle in 2017 among active-duty, retired and other veterans who have a USAA auto insurance policy, according to rankings released Thursday by the insurer.

The truck also topped the rankings for each service branch: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard.

Trucks took the top three spots overall, with the F-150 followed by the 2017 Chevrolet Silverado and the 2017 Ram 1500.

The rankings match the top-selling vehicles for 2017 overall in the general population, according to Kelley Blue Book, which ranks Ford’s F-series first, followed by the Silverado and the Ram line.

Tastes started to diverge with the second overall choice. The Silverado ranked second for soldiers and Marines, past and present, but sailors and airmen went with the 2017 Honda Civic. Coast Guardsmen preferred the 2017 Jeep Wrangler.

At No. 3, every branch went with the Ram 1500 except the Navy and Air Force, where the 2017 Honda Accord made the podium.
