12 months ago An Arleigh Burke destroyer will be named for retired Navy Capt. Thomas Gunning Kelley, Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro announced. Air Force linguists scrambled to keep up through the Afghanistan withdrawal and, now, the war in Ukraine. Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro said the punishment stemmed from the five officers’ “inadequate leadership and execution of their oversight duties." Capt.
