In a memo, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said that all employees will receive a new request for a five-point summation of their weekly accomplishments. The complaint accuses a federal judge of misconduct during hearings over President Trump’s executive order calling for banning trans troops from serving. The Defense Department, which is the largest government agency, says it's reducing its civilian workforce by 5% to 8%.
