A Coast Guard spokesperson says all four crew members were taken to Seattle for treatment following the crash. The Department of Defense has released the names of five Army soldiers killed in an MH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crash on Friday. Coast Guard officials said they rerouted an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter on a training flight and a rescue swimmer helped hoist the victims to safety. The half-hour mission drained all their ammo and nearly their fuel in one of the most daring rescues of the Vietnam War. The military statement said the service members were receiving treatment and 10 were moved to “higher care facilities” outside the region. The two helicopters from the 1st Attack Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment at Fort Wainwright collided on April 27, killing 3 soldiers.
