Exceptional and able: teen turns down military future over exclusionary policies
Tory wanted to be an aerospace engineer in the U.S. Navy. He is an honors student, eight-time Carson Scholar, Eagle Scout and a public speaker. He was also diagnosed with autism at the age of four.
