Navy lieutenant killed in Pearl Harbor attack identified, burial set

SEATTLE — A sailor killed in the Pearl Harbor attack will be buried in Bremerton.

KIRO-TV reports the remains of Navy Lt. Julian B. Jordan have been identified through forensics.

His body was flown to Washington and returned to family. The burial is set for Monday.

Jordan was 37 years old when the USS Oklahoma was attacked. He and hundreds of crew members died in the attack.

The Navy recovered and interred the bodies in Hawaii.
