The Navy’s top admiral says the service is changing how it does pre-deployment stocking and resupply and looking at different places to make port calls.
Lt. Gen. Kevin D. Admiral, who currently serves as the commander of III Corps and Fort Hood, Texas, was nominated to take over the top job on Thursday.
