An unexpected driver is forcing elite operators to hand in their uniforms: a broken defense healthcare policy that penalizes their special-needs children.
The crew of the Los Angeles-class submarine USS Charlotte, which reportedly participated in Operation Epic Fury, received the Navy Unit Commendation award.
Commands led by vice admirals and any rank below will no longer publish portraits or biographies of leadership online to protect security, the Navy said.
