The Blue Star Museums program is again offering free admission to currently serving military members and up to five family members this summer. The USPS is honoring the Army, Navy and Marine Corps with commemorative stamps to mark 250 years of service. The three new centers in the pilot program will be operated under the same Defense Department standards and use the same parent fee structure. Authenticity is the film’s greatest strength. The White House spending plans call for a 3.8% pay boost next year, a smaller raise than troops saw in January.
