The Pentagon is temporarily rescinding recently published clinical guidance for a new mandatory testosterone-deficiency screening policy, Reuters reports.
"Personnel in these paygrades have demonstrated a sustained history of superior performance ... that negate the requirement for annual periodic reporting."
