A sailor is accused of pointing a revolver at sheriff's deputies who arrived at his San Antonio home Sunday night.
The deputies, who were responding to a burglary alarm, announced their presence at his front door. That's when Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 1st Class Eddie Lee Little opened the door and reportedly aimed a revolver at them.
Little was told to drop the gun several times but did not comply and went back into his house. He eventually returned unarmed, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office. Little is now facing charges.
Little is a seven-year Navy veteran who reported to Navy Information Operations Command Texas in September 2014, according to his Navy personnel records.
San Antonio-based KENS-TV staff contributed to this report.
The jury deadlocked and reached no verdict on charges against a fifth defendant, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
