Among developments, Marine aviators should see more F-35s, upgraded MV-22 Ospreys, more cargo aircraft and data-enabled predictive maintenance.
Cmdr. Christopher Johnson was relieved of his duties "due to a loss of confidence in his ability to command," the Navy said.
